Bangkok 4 Face Buddha

Recently, I saw the news that the famous Bangkok 4 Face Buddha was destroyed by a mentally unstable chap. In the end, that chap was beaten to death by two workers who was agonised with what he did. These two workers are now being charged by thai govenment for murder.Murder? Personally, I think murder might be too harsh... they did it because that guy destroyed their significant of belief, their god whom the people have worshipped for many many years... even thou they do not have the rights to kill but maybe man-slaughter will be a better charge?

Anyway, I think I have fate with the 4 face Buddha... I remembered about 2 years ago, I dreamt of the 4 face Buddha and in this dream, I got 4 numbers and guess what? The numbers came out 1st prize in the 4D and I strike I-bet and won few hundreds dollars! Even thou I strike, but my heart still pains whenever I think of this numbers cos if it comes out straight and accurate, I will be laughing my way to the bank.... haha.. damn greedy rite?

Nonetheless, no fish, prawn also can lah. Since the news have made 4 face Buddha in the limelight... maybe it is time to give the same number a try this weekend... wait for my good news.. hee hee! 发啊！And ya... that is the pic of the bangkok buddha, taken few years back:)

Updates from Ti Gong Kia

Wow.... didn't realise that I did not blog for almost 3 months... was busy with work and also at the same time immense in the sea of love.... haha...sort of lost touch with all the fellow bloggers out there... even Samatha is here! Glad to see that there are some very active bloggers out there who always post and keep updating me with their life and the life around them.... unlike me who juz follow the trend and never bother to update it: )

At the same time... I also see that a few of my kakis are starting to be active in the stock market again. Seeing that bring me back to the year 1998 - 1999 when I start to play stocks, under the introduction of Bro JG. At that time, that was really easy money. I earned around $10k within a month. No matter which stock you buy, you earned. Easy choice for novice investors. But what followed is something which i still vividly remembered. I actually lost $30k within 1 week when the whole stocks market came crashing down. I have to close both my SAYE accounts and empty my savings juz to pay up the loss... gloomiest days of my life I would say! Everyone face was so dark at that time ... 印堂发黑，必有灾难！Haha! Luckily that was in the past and I believes my kakis and myself have long overcame that fateful obstacles as I can see that all are doing well at the moment... and those who have endured that ordeal are all winners! And one rule that we have learnt and should always adhere to is "play within your limits" and nothing will go wrong :) Now, I only go for IPO and unless bros out there got "包吃" insider news to share... don leave me out hor!

Attended bro YT wedding recently and realised that almost all my ex navy colleagues have settled down and start producing offsprings oledy. I and Jenny have been together for about 5 months and settling down have really cross my mind. She makes me feel comfortable and we click really well, so well such that I feel that we have known each other for a long time. Nobody is perfect but we complement each other very well. Yup, confirmed she is the one for me! Must secure her ASAP!

And oh ya.... Bro Jackie little princess is coming to this world soon... and we actually discussed whether to keep the placenta or not. Can someone really tell me what can we really do with the placenta? I actually suggest that he keeps and cook a placenta feast so that we can all feast on it... which is suppose to keep people young and good complexion... don waste lah... ES17 all eyeing it...haha!

JG, I also bought a javaese water feature recently... at around $280 which i think is a good bargain cos the shops outside are selling at over $400... cheap but tedious cos I have to actually cut the pipe to size and length... The pic look exactly like money overflowing out of the money pot right! 发啊！
